We are in a race against time for the restoration of Earth.

At Kauri Park we are ecovitalists. We know that we are in a race against time for the restoration of Earth. That’s why we have urgency in our blood and dirt in our fingernails.

We are on a mission to restore the planet’s life-giving vitality.

We plant with purpose, creating ecosystems that are designed to be self-sustaining and life-giving, creating prosperity for all.

Nothing teaches like doing.

That’s one of our sayings around here. When you grow and plant 20 million natives a year, you get a sixth sense about how nature works. We reckon that you gotta trust your instincts. You gotta think like a plant and feel your way to wisdom and understanding. We are green-fingered. It’s in our blood. We can’t explain it. We just know nature. There’s some stuff you just can’t Google.

Nature and the economy share many beliefs - one of them is ‘waste not, want not’. We need to take care with the resources we have and use them purposefully. That’s why a Kauri Park project is always designed around ecosystems not just plants. Every seed we eco-source and nurture is on a mission to be one part of a mighty ecosystem, contributing to water quality, a home for native birds, insects and animals, air quality and most importantly soil restoration.

Nothing is wasted in Mother Nature’s economy.

Nature is a realist.
And so are we.

At Kauri Park we believe that our plants have personality and one thing we know for sure is that our plants get to canopy quicker. Why? Because they share the same urgency we do – they know that regeneration is a race against time. Nature teaches us all how to thrive and survive.
